Bangs Likes….Knomo Bags
I used this bag by Knomo in my photo shoot in Glamour magazine (what? Did I not mention I’m in Glamour magazine this month? October issue – I’m part of their Style Tribe, page 223, anyhoo I digress…) and loads of people asked me about it, which is lucky, ’cause I’ve been dying to tell you about it. This bag is a slice of genius and has rapidly become my new favourite thing.
Being the international blogging sensation that I am *ahem* (tongue firmly in cheek there), I always have my laptop, iPad or both on me basically at all times. Not a fan of laptop bags though, I’d just whack them in my handbag. Yeah, I know, not wise. One day, on a train from Leeds to London – wait, that didn’t sound very ‘international blogging sensation-y’ – one day, on a flight from Paris to Milan *ahem*, the inevitable happened – my handbag straps snapped under the weight of all the geekery I insist on humping around with me.
So enter Knomo bags. I came across them earlier this year at Fashion Press Week and fell in love with their bags. I sent them a little handbag SOS and they came to my assistance with the lovely red number you see in the pics. All of the styles in their collection look just like regular handbags but are equipped with special padded compartments that laptops or iPads fit into just like a glove. It seems every day I discover a new hidden compartment in this bag. It’s awesome! So, if you find yourself always transporting your electronics around with you so you can blog on the go, these bags are definitely worth checking out.
