Lazy Sunday Reads
It’s Sunday. It’s time to be lazy. And perhaps catch up on some reading. Hence, I bring you, my lazy Sunday reads for this week. This obituary for Beatrix Miller, former editor of British Vogue. Man, I wish I’d have met her. And had her mentor me. Or just chat to her for a really long time. What a truly ace woman.

House of Cards fans, if you’re anything like me, that show has given you heart failure several times over. This piece on Feminism, Depravity and Power in the show raises some really interesting points. This letter from author John Steinbeck to his son, in which he talks to him about love and says ‘Don’t worry about losing. If it is right, it happens – The main thing is not to hurry. Nothing good gets away.’ Ahh *heart melts*
You Can’t Handle the Creative – I found this really interesting and relatable. People don’t actually want creative ideas, they want safe ones. Umm hmm, ain’t that the truth.
