Team Bangs Get Sexy in the City

The Team Bangs on the Run training for the Berlin Half Marathon is now in full effect and the girls are off to a cracking start. Though our official training plans didn’t start til the second week of January, the girls all took it upon themselves to pound the pavements and clock up as many miles as they could so they were ready for whatever the plan threw at them. But being a good runner isn’t just about running. And Team Bangs is about working fitness into your life in a way that you enjoy, so I want to try to give the team a well rounded fitness experience. With that in mind, we are training with Sexy in the City Bootcamps twice a week.

Introducing Team Bangs on the Run 3!

The wait is finally over! Take a look at the badasses above – that right there my friends, is the new Team Bangs. After the raging success of Team Bangs on the Run 1 (in Paris) and 2 (in Greenwich, not quite as glamorous), I have been inundated with people asking me ‘when is the next Team Bangs and how can I be involved?’ Needless to say, I’m delighted to finally get the next installment underway.
